Books & Beans Cafe uses a web app behind a staff sign-in for counter and admin work. Because it is a private tool, only the branded sign-in screen is shown here.
What we built
- Secure staff sign-in for the counter and admin areas.
- Branded interface that matches the café's identity.
- Runs in the browser on the devices the café already has.
- Responsive for counter screens and phones.
The problem
A café counter cannot run on paper tickets and a shared WhatsApp chat. Staff needed a private tool on devices they already had, without exposing kitchen or till data on the public web.
Approach
The product is behind staff sign-in. The public screenshot is the branded login only. Inside: counter and admin views that match the café identity and work on a phone or a counter screen.
Stack
Next.js on Vercel. Staging URL is listed for the login screen only.
Because this is a private ops tool, we do not publish order volumes or screenshots of the authenticated UI.
