Nikhil Kun is an Indian creator living in Japan who shares Japanese culture, language, anime and everyday life. The website connects his community and brands with everything he does.

What we built

  • Bilingual animated typography that weaves English and Japanese together.
  • Platform hub linking Instagram, YouTube and his Japanese channel.
  • Brand collaboration and book-a-call sections for partners.
  • Community testimonials and a clear path to connect.
  • Responsive animations that degrade gracefully on reduced-motion.
  • SEO-ready with per-language content signals and clean markup.

The problem

Creators spanning two languages often end up with an Instagram bio and a Linktree. Brands booking NikhilKun needed one place for English and Japanese, channels, and a call. The challenge was making a bilingual layout feel designed, not just translated.

Approach

The site opens with the two languages in animated dialogue — English and Japanese letterforms side by side. Below the fold it splits into the audience sections: Instagram and YouTube for the Japanese content, the main channel for broader reach. Collaboration and booking sit on the same scroll as audience proof, so a brand manager can assess reach and book a call without ever leaving the page.

Outcome

Live at nikhilkun.com. Loads fast despite the motion-heavy hero thanks to CSS-driven animations rather than canvas or video.

Stack

Next.js. Live: nikhilkun.com.

Typography and motion do the branding work; there is no fake follower count on this case page.
