Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
DotDefence provides web development, AI integration, automation, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any project are agreed upon separately in a written proposal or contract.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content or assets required to complete your project. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information from your side may affect delivery timelines.
4. Payment
Payment terms are outlined in your individual project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 7 days of issue. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom work created specifically for your project becomes your property. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, or code not custom-built for your project.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of the engagement and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
DotDefence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
8. Revisions & Scope Creep
Revisions within the agreed scope are included. Work beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately. We will notify you before undertaking any out-of-scope work.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. You will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
